The Freeman 28 see's the squaring off of the forward cabin and a small extension in length over the Freeman 26. It is the first model design to feature squarer windows and 'vents' on the sides which followed through to the New Style Range.
This is a factory specification from the original boat brochures. It must be noted that each boat was individually made, sometimes to owners particular specifications and the manufacturing process developed over time.
